Braybrooke Beer Co.

Braybrooke Beer Co. is a specialist larger brewery situated on Braybrooke farm, just outside of Market Harborough. Since starting in 2017 the demand for their product has increased significantly and as such, the requirement for more space became a key part of plans for expansion.

How We Approached The Project

The plans for expansion included the increase in brewing capacity by 300%, additional storage facilities as well as a public tap room, which can be used for events and general sales for their products.

Berrys was approached to help implement the planning consent they had been granted, by developing the existing architectural design, procuring accurate tender prices and overseeing the construction phase through to completion.

How We Achieved The Project

As a combined team Berrys have successfully obtained full Building Regulations approval for the scheme to ensure statutory compliance. In addition and working closely with the client and contractor, successfully phased the work to ensure brewing production was maintained throughout the development.

Berrys Engineering team also provided detailed design input for both the surface, foul and recycled brewery drainage for the scheme.

Under Berrys oversight the project was delivered successfully ready for opening to the public in early 2025.
