Yes, we regularly provide property valuation services for lenders. We are on the panels for Barclays, Lloyds Banking and some Handelsbanken branches. Lending valuations are normally instructed by the lender, not the borrower.
Yes, we undertake probate valuations for Inheritance Tax purposes (probate applications). This is carried out on behalf of the executor of a deceased’s estate.
