The Business is owned by the Equity Partners who give authority to the Executive, through the Chief Executive Officer to manage the business on their behalf and in line with good governance principles.
The Executive manages the business on behalf of the Equity Partners. It is responsible for the overall performance of the business. It drives strategic growth and provides leadership and financial accountability for the long-term sustainability and success of the business.
The Operational Board manages the day-to-day operation of the business on behalf of the Executive. It provides leadership and financial accountability and decision making for the day-to-day running of the business. It is the operational and key decision making body of the business to ensure its success by inspiring and motivating our people and focusing their efforts on providing exceptional service to our clients.
The Heads of Service are responsible for the effective operational management, technical delivery, compliance, and day-to-day performance of their service area. They ensure their teams deliver high-quality professional services in line with statutory, regulatory and client requirements.
The Enabling Teams and Advisory Committees take responsibility for their specialist functions and provide support and resources to both the Executive and Operational Boards through written reports and attendance at meetings when invited.
