Berrys were instructed to market units at Newnham Farm, a refurbished industrial rural park located just outside Tenbury Wells. The former hop farm has been converted, offering flexible warehouse and office accommodation with excellent connectivity via the A443 and A456.

The units comprise a steel portal frame buildings extending to approximately 40196 sq ft in total, with units ranging from 2,000 to 16,500 sq ft.

How We Achieved The Project

Following a period of marketing, the units were let to a number of different occupiers. The lettings achieved a rent of between £4.50 – £6.50 per sq ft. The lettings were agreed on competitive terms, with the tenant benefiting from the estate’s shared services and infrastructure.

The lettings at Newnham Farm demonstrated Berrys’ ability to deliver results in the rural commercial/industrial sector. The most recent letting of Unit 1A on the estate highlights the continued demand for flexible, well-located commercial space in rural areas.
