Berrys’ Brand Refresh

At Berrys, progress has always been part of who we are. As we continue to strengthen our position within the property consultancy sector, we recognised that it was time for our visual identity to reflect this. 

Five years ago, we began working closely with the Shrewsbury brand and marketing agency, The Curious, to redefine who we are. Since then, we have continued to work alongside them to grow our brand into what it is today and we’re proud to share this next chapter in our brand’s evolution. 

This brand refinement is about clarity, reassuring existing clients while attracting new ones. It’s about focusing our energy on what we do best and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the integrity, warmth and professionalism that defines us.

Building On Strength

The Berrys logo remains unchanged. It continues to represent us with confidence and modernity, building valuable familiarity across our community and industry. Around this core, however, we’ve developed the brand to offer more flexibility.

Our distinctive logomark remains central to our identity, acting as a symbol of security and connection. It now assumes a broader, more dynamic role across all our communications, adapting to reflect the diversity of the property sector, which is as varied in shape and scale as the people and landscapes it touches.

Communication for Clarity, Confidence & Connection 

Ultimately, how we speak matters as much as how we look. Talking like Berrys means being simple, approachable, human and confident. We prioritise clarity over complexity, people over process and authenticity over formality. 

Alongside our tone, every visual detail has also been refined to reflect our voice of confidence. From the approachable, modern curves of our new typeface to a custom icon set that mirrors our logo, these elements ensure our communications feel as friendly and honest as the team behind them.

Reflecting People & Place

From tranquil countryside to vibrant city centres, our brand is deeply rooted in the landscapes where we work. The refreshed colour palette draws inspiration from nature’s softer hues, evoking heather, sky, fields and bricks to create a sense of calm and authenticity without losing personality.

Imagery also plays a key role in expressing who we are, with lead visuals highlighting the breadth of our industry. Meanwhile, team and social photography bring forward the people behind the business, celebrating our doers while keeping the brand professional, genuine and approachable.

Growing Forward

This decision to take a considered evolution has given us the tools to better reflect both who we’ve become and where we’re heading next. The result is a refreshed identity that feels more approachable, confident and in tune with the people and places we serve.
