Berrys is pleased to announce the appointment of Jan Losch as Head of Commercial Property.

Jan joins with a highly respected track record in the commercial property sector. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with CBRE in Birmingham before moving to Savills in Oxford, where he progressed to Director. His expertise spans the full breadth of Commercial Property Agency, including industrial, office, R&D and manufacturing sectors, advising clients ranging from start‑ups and growing SMEs to well‑established national businesses.

Throughout his career, Jan has played a key role in several landmark repositioning and investment transactions in central Oxford. He has built a strong reputation for strategic insight, robust deal execution and a deep understanding of occupier and investor priorities across regional markets.

In his new role at Berrys, Jan will focus on supporting existing clients across the Midlands whilst driving the continued growth and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, at a time when demand for high‑quality professional advice continues to rise.
