A 10 ha site in Frinton-on-Sea was initially proposed for allocation for 50 dwellings in the emerging Local Plan.

Through representations to the Council and in view of the housing shortfall for the area the site, Berrys’ planners submitted an outline planning application for 210 dwellings which was subsequently granted at the third committee hearing despite much local objection.

The site is nearing a sale completion by Berrys agency team.
