How We Approached The Project

We were approached by the client to manage and execute the construction of two luxury penthouse apartments on the 4^th floor of the existing building, due for completion in August 2023.

This is a modular build whereby the apartments are being constructed off site in a specialist facility in Southampton, consisting of ten modules. Once completed within the factory, this will be delivered on site and craned into position, on a newly built structural steel base.
