Affordable Home On A Single Plot Exception Site.

Steve had a small plot with a big vision. Restricted to 100 m2, he got in touch to see if we could help him secure planning application for a new, affordable home on a single plot exception site. We love a challenge, so we set to work and helped Steve create something remarkable from a very small space, giving him all the advice he needed along the way.

How We Approached It

Working with our in-house architectural consultants, we put together some plans for an affordable family home. We submitted the planning application along with the plans, and guided Steve through the entire planning process.

How We Achieved It

Although the officers recommended a refusal, we were able to push through and secure all the necessary permissions from the planning committee. We did this by creating a sensitive design scheme featuring local stone and characteristics of the local area.
