Hinckley Community Diagnostic Centre.

We were approached by our client, Darwin Group, who are contracted by NHS Property Services to gain planning consent for the development of a Community Diagnostics Centre and Endoscopy building next to what was once the site of Hinckley and District General Hospital in Leicestershire.

How We Approached The Project

Berrys prepared a Reserved Matters planning application and submitted it to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council. Throughout the determination period, Berrys reviewed consultee comments, liaised with relevant stakeholders and provided responses to the local planning authority. Following this, we prepared and submitted multiple discharge of condition applications to the council, of which all were approved.

How We Achieved The Project

We were delighted to achieve planning permission for our client. Now constructed, the Hinckley Community Diagnostic Centre, will provide crucial diagnostic healthcare for residents of Hinckley and the surrounding areas.
