We were approached by our client, Darwin Group, who are contracted by NHS Property Services to gain planning permission for a health hub building, located 0.9 miles from the centre of King’s Lynn.
Berrys prepared and submitted a full planning application to the Local Planning Authority (LPA).
Throughout the determination period, Berrys reviewed consultee comments, liaised with relevant stakeholders and provided responses to the LPA.
After receiving the approved full planning permission, the client wished to make some amendments to the building. We worked to prepare and submit two non-material amendment applications, which were granted approval.
Berrys also worked to prepare, submit and monitor multiple discharge of conditions applications.
As well as the above, Berrys successfully achieved advertisement consent on the building. This allowed the NHS to erect clear building signage onto the front elevation.
Now constructed, the King’s Lynn Health Hub will provide crucial GP healthcare facilities.
