We were approached by the client to fund monitor the project on behalf of the lender – The Headley Court Charity.
The project was to construct the UK’s first dedicated Veterans Orthopaedic Centre at Shropshire’s specialist orthopaedic hospital. This was being constructed as an additional building linked to the current NHS hospital with the construction cost circa £4 million pounds, with an additional £2million pounds allocated to consultancy fees and equipment.
The project duration was 15 months and was delivered to a very high specification and quality, opened officially in April 2023 by The Duchess of Edinburgh.
