Pipewell Hall is a fantastic Grade II Listed Jacobean mansion, set in 40 acres of landscaped gardens and pastureland. The property was acquired, requiring extensive internal and external refurbishment to both the main hall, and associated cottages and outbuildings. The objective was to bring the property up to an exceptionally high standard in preparation for occupation.
Berrys were appointed to prepare a comprehensive feasibility appraisal, advising on the works required, likely costs, phasing and programme. Berrys also provided information on return on investment to allow the client to make informed decisions on the development project.
Berrys have since been appointed to prepare detailed specifications, obtain statutory consent, procure and manage the works set out in the initial feasibility exercise through to completion of the work.
