Berrys was instructed to gain planning permission for a Class Q barn conversion in Cambridgeshire, after our client had been unsuccessful with a previous firm.
After assessing the grounds for refusal of the previous planning application Lauren May, Senior Planning Consultant formed a new application. Addressing the previous reasons for refusal and stating why our clients barn was suitable for a Class Q conversion.
The dilapidated and tired looking barn that had previously survived a fire was an eyesore for local residents. The new consent will allow the barn to be converted into a gorgeous two bed family home, with one main floor and a small mezzanine.
