Snowcap Mushrooms vacated their site in 1999 and the site which includes a number if growing houses lay vacant for some time.  The site is situated in the open countryside where restricted planning policies apply.

The client first achieved consent for 500 sq.m of B8 storage use on the site through the permitted development and from this ‘foot in the door’ went on to achieve full unrestricted consent for a new 2,500 sq.m B8 storage unit at the site with the help of Berrys planners and architects.
