Village Residential Scheme, Brigstock.

The attractive conservation village of Brigstock lies in the Northamptonshire countryside.  An edge of village site had been excluded in the East Northamptonshire District Local Plan and previous investigations for the development of the land had failed.

Berrys’ planners successfully challenged the exclusion of the site from the settlement boundary via the Neighbourhood Plan for the village and as a consequence the site was brought into the settlement boundary.

Despite continued resistance from the District Council to the development of the site, the team of planners and architects achieved consent for three detached dwellings. The site has now been successfully sold by Berrys’ agency team.
