Health and Safety Consultancy
To complement the existing architectural, project management and building surveying teams, Berrys now has a specialist construction health and safety consultancy team.
A wide range of services are available which include:
• General construction consultancy
• Site inspections and audits
• High-level corporate advice
• Preparation of policy and implementation of procedures to comply with HSE document managing for health and safety (HSG 65)
• Training
We are experienced in discharging the role of Principal Designer across a wide range of projects ranging from £200,000 to £100m plus. Our service offering extends to working with clients and their appointed project teams to ensure compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. These regulations place legal duties on clients, all designers, and all contractors to identify and manage risk following the general principles of prevention.
Our fully employed health and safety team have wide experience in providing helpful pragmatic and proportionate health and safety advice on the construction or refurbishment of:
