We offer solid advice on both existing and new agreements for agricultural tenancies, equestrian occupation, rural residential property, and licence agreements for a variety of purposes. Specialising in Agricultural Holdings Act, Farm Business Tenancies and Periodic Tenancy Agreements, our Chartered Surveyors also advise on common law tenancy for grazing and Profit à Prendre land law. If one of the parties decides to end the tenancy, then we can help landlords with their agricultural tenancy notice to quit and guide tenants through the process of terminating a tenancy.
